What makes Caribbean cuisine popular and profitable? How can Caribbean cuisine be considered authentic when prepared by non-Caribbean people? What do Caribbeans think of their cuisine in Toronto? Does the preparation and presentation of Caribbean food matter? We explored if Caribbean cuisine can be culturally appropriated in the city of Toronto.
